1. Subscription Plans

We currently offer two subscription options:

$9/month Plan – includes one monthly art print and letter from the Cowboy.

$14/month Plan – includes one monthly art print, letter, and an additional bonus item (e.g., sticker, magnet, OR seasonal extra).

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through the payment method you provide at checkout.

2. Billing & Payments

Payments are processed automatically each month (for monthly subscribers) or each year (for annual subscribers).

By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

3. Cancellations & Renewals

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at sadcowboychronicles@gmail.com.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before your renewal date.

Once billed, payments are non-refundable. However, you will continue to receive any items paid for in that billing cycle.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item at no additional cost.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Subscriptions are mailed once per month, typically by the 15th of each month. If you subscribe on or before the 10th of the month, your first package will be mailed in that same month’s shipment. If you subscribe after the 10th, your subscription will begin with the following month's letter.

Delivery times may vary depending on postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Birthday Bonus

Subscribers who provide their birth month during signup are eligible for one (1) birthday bonus print during that month each year.

7. Account Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and shipping information.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, letters, and materials provided through The Sad Cowboy Chronicles are the property of Chloë Wooton. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Sad Cowboy Chronicles is not liable for:

Delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your subscription.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify subscribers via email or website update. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
